    Linguistic Moderators wanted for Restaurant City!

    Hey all!

    We are looking to appoint linguistic moderators for the Restaurant City forum.

    These moderators must be fluent in the following languages:

    Spanish
    Italian
    French
    Chinese (can understand various dialects and traditional and simplified Chinese characters)
    German
    Greek
    Turkish
    Bosnian, Croatian, Macedonian, Serbo-Croatian, Serbian, Slovene Languages

    You also need to have a good understanding of English to communicate with the Playfish team and moderator team!

    The following will be required of you:

    What you can do, and what will be expected of you as a moderator:
    Keep the forum clean by ensuring the threads are posted in the correct forum. As such, move threads to appropriate forum if posted incorrectly.
    Merge threads if there are several different topics about the same thing (except in Trading forum!)
    Edit thread topics if they are not clear enough.
    Edit user posts if against Playfish TOS or Forum Rules.
    General moderation (e.g. ensure players keep to rules, give infractions where appropriate, etc).
    Get access to the Moderator closed forum!
    Reply to threads and help players in need of help.
    We will create a special sub-forum for each of the languages, the linguistic moderator will have the sole responsibility for this forum!

    Possible additional things we may want you to do:
    Give feedback two times per month on how the health in general is and what the feedback is for the users in the linguistic forum.

    If you would like to become a moderator for any of the listed languages – please send a message to me by Private Message stating why you are the right person for the job. Remember to mention what language you are applying for.

    To apply you need to have at least 50 posts in the Restaurant City forum and sub-forums and your Restaurant City account needs to be clean!

    Applicants can submit until Friday the 10th of April midday GMT. Applicants after this time/date will be ignored.

    For now, there is no pay for this and it is purely by a volunteer basis.

    So send me a Private Message to say why you are the right person for the job, remember to state in your subject line what language you are applying for!

  22. Restaurant City Maintenance will be performed Wednesday April 8th.

    The maintenance is planned to start at around around 11pm GMT. We cannot at this point give an estimate of completion. During the maintenance the game will be inaccessible.
